Based in Bratislava, Slovakia, Lucia is currently serving as an in-house Line Producer and Post Producer at Revers Films, a Slovak TVC production company. With extensive experience in commercial production, her portfolio mostly comprised of large-scale, high-end commercials for renowned global brands such as Kaufland, O2, Intesa SanPaolo Group, Orange, Red Bull and more.

In 2021 she transitioned from a corporate career to pursue a path in film production. She began her journey as a full-time Production Assistant at Hitchhiker Films, a production company specializing in TVC production. Within nine months, she advanced to the role of Production Manager, where she took on more complex production responsibilities and oversaw crew management. After additional ten months with the company, she made the move to freelance production, collaborating with Toxpro, a well-established production house also specializing in TVC and online productions. After a year spent as a freelancer, she once again decided to take on a full-time position at Revers Films in February 2023 where she is currently employed.

Since 2023, she has also been an integral member of the production team for Dúhový Pride Bratislava (Rainbow Pride Bratislava), the largest LGBTQ+ Pride event in Slovakia. In 2024, she co-founded and assumed the role of Producer for Sapphic Ride, a sapphic and FLINTA-inclusive event held periodically, further contributing to the visibility and empowerment of underrepresented communities.
